    Answer the questions as honestly as possible. The information contained within is confidential. Your shared perspective and insights will help us serve the tracking community. 

    Once you have completed filling out the requested information, verify it is complete before submitting the form. 

  • Was the provisional judge able to view the area and pre-plan the general shape of the track, with consideration given to getting the tracklayer and/or cross-tracklayers in and out of the area efficiently?*
  • Was the provisional judge able to communicate clearly and effectively with you and the tracklayers?*
  • When plotting tracks, did the provisional judge appear to have a clear understanding of the track requirements as outlined in the Tracking Regulations?*
