- The seminar must be hosted indoors, dark enough for projection, and with WiFi access.
- The club must provide a projector screen or a white wall, an extension cord with a power strip, and a blank flip chart on an easel.
- Payment is due in full at the time of the seminar.
- The club must notify Performance Judges of the estimated headcount three (3) weeks before the event.
- The AKC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the seminar because of low attendance.
