The hosting department is required to review the presenter's webinar presentation at least 14 days prior to the practice webinar (Please Note: The practice webinar scheduled with AKC Education is a technical check only-presentations will not be reviewed at this time).

AKC Education Department is not responsible for submitting marketing requests for webinars (this is the responsibilty of the hosting department to market the webinar).

RELEASE

For good and sufficient consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I the undersigned, hereby give irrevocable permission to the American Kennel Club, its affiliates, clients, assignees, and licensees to use my name and/or the likeness in photographs, portraits, pictures, video footage, television, and all reproductions thereof in any form whatsoever, completely or in part for any production of the American Kennel Club or is affiliates, its clients, assignees and licensees; to copyright such productions; to distribute such productions publicly in any manner whatsoever; and to issue and authorize publicity concerning such productions.

I agree that all photographs, portraits, pictures, video footage and all reproductions thereof in any form whatsoever (“the Materials”) of myself named above used and taken by the American Kennel Club are owned by them and that the American Kennel Club is the owner of all copyrights in same. I acknowledge that I have no right or interest in the Materials, nor any right to nor any interest in any copyright therein. If I should receive any print, negative or copy thereof, I shall not use or authorize its use by anyone else, except with the express written permission of The American Kennel Club.

I agree that the Materials use need not be submitted to me for approval and that AKC, its affiliates, licensees, agents and assignees and other working for it or on its behalf shall be without liability to me for any distortion or illusionary effect resulting from the use of the materials. I hereby waive any rights and any and all claims arising under the Visual Artists Rights Act, 17 U.S.C.106A, and any comparable state or local law, as amended from time to time, with respect to the Material. I further agree that I shall have no claim to any compensation.
I hereby warrant that I am 21 years of age or older, I have the right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights hereunder, and I hereby agree to release and hold harmless The American Kennel Club, its affiliates, its agents, and others working for it or on its behalf, and the owner or lessor of the premises and their employees, from any and all liability that may occur in connection with the webinar recording or with the use of the Materials by The American Kennel Club, its affiliates, its agents, and those working for it or on its behalf. I have the right to contract in my own name in connection with the rights granted in this Release. I state further that I have read this Release prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with is contents.
