Dates must be at least six months out and on separate weeks (at least seven days apart). Seminars will not be conducted on holiday weekends.

- Dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by Performance Judges via email.
- The seminar must be hosted indoors, dark enough for projection, and with WiFi access.
- The club must provide a projector screen or a white wall, an extension cord with a power strip, and a blank flip chart on an easel.
- Payment is due in full 35 days before the seminar.
- The club must provide Performance Judges with an attendee list three (3) weeks before the event.
- The AKC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the seminar because of low attendance.
