This form should be filled out by the Large Group Stall Coordinator (defined as 10 stall spaces or more).
Do Not submit this form out until you know for certain exactly how many stall spaces will be in your large group.
Stall coordinators with 10 or more in their group will be allowed early tiered access into the online system prior to general availability IF notice has been made prior to September 16, 2024.
Large Group Coordinators should collect from each in their group:
- Stall Owner's First and Last Name (not Owner)
- Dog's Call Name submitted on Stall Contract, Entered in ISCh
- PIN # sent in Confirmation PDF
Group(s) will be let in 1-2 at a time, starting with the group with the greatest number of spaces, then on down the list. I will be in touch with each coordinator after 9/16/2024.
Instructions for how the Online Space Reservation System works along with a detailed stall spaces map will be posted by mid-September.
