2026 AKC Meet the Breeds Art "Contest" Entry Form
Thank you for participating in our Art "Contest". Below you will fill out your information to submit all of your student's artwork for the contest. You must save all your student's artwork as their First_LastName. Upon submitting this form, you will receive an email template to forward to all student's legal guardians. This will ensure that all selected finalists will have a permission form on file in order for their artwork to be displayed at the MTB event.
